Notable winners were Katy Perry for best female artist, Justin Bieber for best male, Miley Cyrus for best actress on The Last Song, Selena Gomez for best tv actress and Justin Timberlake received the honoury award.

BEYONCE SHOOTING VIDEO FOR NEW ALBUM
The R&B Superster was photographed in louisiana. Now designer ROBERT CAVALLI confirmed via his twitter account that he dressed the star and the shoot was for her upcoming video for the fourth studio album.
